Rae has always been moving. She started dancing, at age 2, as a way to express herself and exercise. Rae studied Dance throughout college; Barre and Pilates were used as fun conditioning classes. During college, Rae found yoga as a means of moving meditation. Not only did it help her flexibility, yoga enhanced her understanding of anatomy and gave the space to find peace. After a year in quarantine, Rae knew she needed to reconnect with yoga and movement. She attended Breathe For Change’s 200 Hour Yoga Certification course which gave her the confidence to get back into the movement community. Rae is so excited to teach at Tuck, where she has already enjoyed so many classes from wonderfully supportive teachers. Rae loves to teach people of all ability levels, everyone can enjoy yoga.
