Megan is certified in several styles of yoga (200 RYT) and barre, and has been teaching since 2011 in the South Jersey and Philadelphia area. Meg loves using her background in dance to incorporate free-flowing movement and creative sequencing into her teaching style. She also runs her own company, bringing wellness and mindfulness to the corporate world! Traveling, relaxing with her cats (#catmom), and brunching are some of Meg’s favorite things to do when she’s not sweating it out in a fitness/yoga class. Be ready to sweat and move to some high-energy music when you take Meg’s class!
