After a year of practicing barre solely at Tuck, Maddy decided she wanted to give back to the community that has served her so well. She believes that having fun during a workout is key; so her high-energy playlists are filled with catchy beats and throwback jams. She will challenge you to push just a little harder every class – to discover strength and confidence from within that can be embraced both inside and outside of the studio. During the day Maddy serves as a marketing/proposal coordinator for an architecture firm in Philly, and during the evenings Maddy masters her own gluten free recipes for her blog, Swheat Escape. Her first cookbook is expected to release next Fall, 2020 and you can check out her current recipes at swheatescape.com or on Instagram! She also loves making music with her husband and friends as well as talking to her two fluffy cats.
